There are not much difference between Manila and Cebu for me that I didn't like. I love that traffic here is not as heavy as in Manila. I love that Cebu is not as congested yet as Manila. There are a lot of new developments here that make me miss Manila less, well, except for my family, of course. But, I love the food, the environment. There's still the issue of "dialect" gap but I'm learning gradually. I love Cebu that's why I decided to move here for good with my partner.
